4th of july

this independence day was a pretty good one. It was paxtens first and we were able to celebrate with Aunt danielle cousin maddyx and cousins Mckenna and ethan. The day started early for us. We woke up around five thirty (not really much of a difference for me and pax since we are usually up pretty early everyday anyway) and went on our hike. It was a nice little hike only about 1.5 miles long. It was paxtens first hike and he had a grand time riding in the moby while mom did all the work. After our hike we drove home and got ready. Of course Paxten got a patriotic outfit for the holiday, him and cousin maddyx were twinsies so we put those on and then headed over to our ward breakfast were we visited and ate. the rest of the day we just hung out, relaxed and made a quick trip to home depot.That evening we had a yummy dinner of dutch oven and lots a of treats complete with homemade ice cream. When it got dark we watched fire works and also did a few of our own. It was a good day over all and i think paxten enjoyed his first forth of july. He looked so cute in his outfit and we got some good pics for some nice memories.
